[otrs] Dashboard Auto Refresh

I know perhaps this question is old question :)
Can any one tell me how to make Agen Dashboard is auto refresh after 2 minutes ? in google I found article the tutorial but it use for OTRS 2.0 I am used 3.1

I already setup overview refresh time into 2 minutes, but still dashboard doesn't autorefresh
I try with chrome and internet explorer

Is in your otrs it works?

yes, we use Firefox exclusively though.

yes, we use Firefox exclusively though.

For example, I'm using Iceweasel 10 and works like a charm.

Adi, be sure that your browser accepts cookies, JavaScript, and you
know, these basics.
And you need a modern browser too, according to OTRS' system
requirements [1].

I just tested it with Internet Explorer 8, OTRS 3.1.x and a 2 minutes
interval. This worked. Hope this helps you.

I just tested it with Internet Explorer 8, OTRS 3.1.x and a 2 minutes interval. This worked. Hope this helps you.

For some dashboard items you should also consider the CacheTTLLocal value.
Just look at Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard to see what are your settings.
