I would request for a demo username and password for OTRS demo site.



Additionally, I have tried resetting the password to raise a ticket via OTRS
unfortunately with no success.



The username I am trying to login is ***@hitisem.com
<mailto:***@hitisem.com> . I would request if you could reset
my password and send it across to me.

you can click on "login" on that page: https://www.otrs.com/try/

Then you're logged in automatically... and you can see username and
password in the URL.
