Is the OTRS database schema documented anywhere? If so, where?

Hello.

I haven't run across anything other than the files that created the tables
themselves:

in the OTRS subdir's 'scripts' and 'scripts/database' folders, are the .sql
files that created the tables for the various databases. For example, for
mysql, in the 'scripts/database' folder, is a file named,
"otrs-schema.mysql.sql". The upgrade file version is located in the
'scripts' folder.

Another way is, of course, via phpAdmin.

Hope this provides you with a starting point...

It's a bit old, but still relevant:

Maybe a search of the mailinglist next time ;-)?
