[otrs] LDAP - First Bind failed LdapErr

Hello everyone,
My OTRS is version 2.4.6, is installed on a Linux CentOS 5.3.
Finish setting my LDAP, I now have the following messages:

I do not understand what to do, and put my DNS on my domain controller and my user if it fails to connect to my DC

Do you put this in you Kernel/Config.pm to sync ldap with otrs DB ?

UserFirstname => 'givenName',

Hi Christopher,

Your user account does have any mail address in mail field and givenName ?
Do you use LDAP or Active Directory ? My sample is for AD.
Did you try multiple login ? For older OTRS version, you must login 2
times to have o good account (first time OTRS will create witout login,
and second time you can login).
Try to login with an account without "accent".

If you would like to speak in french, send me private mail.

the user (Agent) is not setup in OTRS.
Even if the authentication is fine OTRS needs to have the account in the own database.

option 1: create the user first then try again.
option 2: look in the admin handbook for AuthSyncModule to have the user details synced to OTRS during login automatically
