OKI Systems (Italia) S.p.A.Is it possible to include a cc address in the atu
response when the new mail that open a ticket comes from a specific domain?

Eg.
***@mydomain.it, send a new mail to ***@mydomain.com and opens a new
ticket.
Otrs send automatically an autoreply to ***@mydomain.it cc:
***@mydomain.it

Ciao

ticket.
No, that isn't possible without changing the source code of OTRS.
Another possebility would be to send all mail from the OTRS via Bcc to
another specified adress and forward the important messages to manager@
by filtering out this messages.
